Video Conference Moodle Dengan BBB (Big Blue Button)

A. Pengertian

BigBlueButton adalah sistem konferensi web open source untuk pembelajaran online, BigBlueButton mendukung beberapa sharing audio dan video, presentasi dengan kemampuan papan tulis yang diperluas - seperti pointer, zooming dan drawing - chat publik dan pribadi, sharing desktop, VoIP terintegrasi menggunakan FreeSWITCH , dan dukungan untuk presentasi dokumen PDF dan dokumen Microsoft Office. Selain itu, pengguna dapat memasuki konferensi di salah satu dari dua peran: pemirsa atau moderator.

 F. Langkah Pelaksanaan 
1. Download Big Blue Button dahulu https://sourceforge.net/projects/bigbluebutton/files/latest/download , lalu pindah ke server dengan perintah
scp /home/hostname/Download/mod_bigbluebuttonbn_moodle33.zip hostname@IPaddress:/home
2. jika sudah pindahkan file zip tadi ke /var/www/html/moodle/mod dengan perintah
mv /home/mod_bigbluebuttonbn_moodle33.zip /var/www/html/moodle/mod
 
3. unzip file mod_bigbluebuttonbn_moodle33.zip tadi , pertama masuk kedirectory  /var/www/moodle/mod lalu masukkan perintah
unzip mod_bigbluebuttonbn_moodle33.zip 
4. lalu buka moodle dibrowser anda dengan akun admin, lalu klik upgrade moodle database 
5. jika sudah maka akan muncul success klik continue lalu, buat courses baru dengan pilihan Big Blue Button, ini hasilnya

Dengan menggunakan moodle kita juga bisa video conference dengan menambahkan plungin Big Blue Button
